Edd Hobbs (20/04/2014) - St Nectan's Water - Saint Nectan was a 5th-Century holy man who lived in Hartland, Devon, where my Grandmoter now lives. This water is taken from the well that marks the spot where he died. Robbers stole his cows and cut off his head, but Nectan picked his head up and walked back to his well before finally collapsing and dying.
